Thomas Hellwig

Thomas Hellwig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational behaviour and leadership development. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at INSEAD and as the Director of the International Teachers Program, Hellwig leads a prominent faculty-development initiative that has benefited over 1,300 educators globally. In addition to roles at CEDEP and KDVI, Hellwig has a background in medical practice, having worked as a paediatric consultant and as a resident medical doctor at prestigious institutions such as Hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
