Loic Midy

Loic Midy is an experienced IT and statistical professional with a strong background in governance, security, and innovation. Currently serving as a member of the General Inspectorate of INSEE since April 2025, Loic previously held the position of IT Associate Director at the Ministère de l'Agriculture, de la Souveraineté Alimentaire et de la Forêt. Loic's prior roles at INSEE included Head of IT Unit, overseeing security, innovation, and enterprise architecture, as well as serving as Project Director for the creation of a statistical information system on young labor market insertion. Loic's extensive experience in statistical studies and IT development, spanning from 2003 to 2018, includes leadership in statistical dissemination and software development. Educational credentials include a Data Scientist Certificate from CEPE ENSAE ENSAI and an engineering degree in statistics, economics, finance, and computer science from ENSAE Paris, complemented by studies at École Polytechnique.
