Peter Monaghan has extensive experience in IT service management and delivery, with a career spanning over two decades. Significant roles include General Manager of Services at Veridian Solutions, Project Manager and Team Leader for the Year2000 Project at British Airways, and various positions at Mission Australia including IT&T Service Desk Manager. At Ensyst, Peter served as National Practice Manager for End User Computing, driving customer satisfaction and service delivery improvements. As Global Head of Service Management at Insentra, Peter led a distributed team to deliver 24/7 ISO 27001-compliant managed services. Educational credentials include completion of studies at Deakin University between 2015 and 2017.
