David Lloyd

David Lloyd is an accomplished policy expert with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on improving child welfare and public policy. Currently serving as Chief Policy Officer at inseparable since January 2024, David previously held the Chief Policy Officer position at The Kennedy Forum from May 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of policy initiatives. Earlier roles at The Kennedy Forum Illinois and Voices for Illinois Children involved directing policy analysis and outreach efforts to enhance state policy affecting children and families. David's background also includes significant work in the U.S. Senate, serving as Legislative Assistant and Policy Advisor for Senator Debbie Stabenow, specializing in international trade, tax, and transportation issues. David holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB in History from Cornell University.
