Julianne Hopper

Julianne Hopper is a dedicated professional in public health with extensive experience in policy and advocacy roles. Currently serving as the Policy & Advocacy Manager at inseparable since April 2025, Julianne previously worked as a Program Associate for the Overdose Prevention Initiative at Global Health Advocacy Incubator from June 2022 to April 2025. Julianne's experience includes a significant internship at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and a research internship with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where collaboration with state policymakers led to impactful mental health and substance use policy assessments. Additional roles include Research Assistant positions at Boston Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital, focusing on behavioral health and social determinants of health. Julianne holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Boston University, with ongoing education at the University of Geneva.
