Che Serguera

Che Serguera is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in medical genetics and gene therapy. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist Project Lead at INSERM since January 2009, Che specializes in modeling inflammatory neurological diseases and developing immunotherapy approaches. Previous roles include Chief Scientific Officer at Asfalia Biologics and Senior Researcher with expertise in gene targeting using lentiviral vectors. Che's academic journey includes a PhD from Université Paris Diderot and a Master of Education in Human/Medical Genetics from Université Evry val d’Essonne, alongside a diverse history of post-doctoral research across prestigious institutions such as EMBL and Institut Pasteur, focusing on gene transfer techniques and neuroscientific applications.
