Frédéric DAVID is currently the Secrétaire Général of Unité 1046 at Inserm, responsible for the administrative and financial management of the PhyMedExp laboratory in Montpellier. Prior to this role, Frédéric served as an Assistant in Human Resources at Inserm from 2013 to 2020 and held a similar position at CNRS from 2008 to 2010. Frédéric also worked as a Chargé des Ressources Humaines at INRAE in 2020-2021 and was an Administrative Agent for Human Resources and finance at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III from 2003 to 2008. Frédéric earned a Master 2 pro in Human Resource Management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2009 and is currently pursuing a certification as an examiner for DELF/DALF A1-C2.
