Jérôme Govin, PhD, is a Research Director at Inserm with over 20 years of experience in cell biology, gene regulation, and epigenetics, focusing on various systems including fungi and mammals. At the Institut for Advanced Biosciences in Grenoble, Jérôme’s lab employs multidisciplinary approaches to investigate chromatin-based regulation in both physiological and pathological contexts. Passionate about mentoring and open science, Jérôme has held several leadership roles, including Deputy Director at IAB and Group Leader. Jérôme earned an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches, PhD, and MSc from Université Grenoble Alpes and École normale supérieure.
