Julien Barc

Julien Barc currently serves as the Director of Research at l'institut du thorax within INSERM, focusing on genetic research programs centered on cardiac arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death. Additionally, Julien Barc is the scientific leader of the genomic core facility GenoA at Genomics Atlantic and has a background as a Research Associate at l'institut du thorax. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral position in Human Genetics at the Academic Medical Center, where research on CALM1 mutations related to familial idiopathic ventricular fibrillation was conducted, along with a PhD focused on genetics of ventricular repolarization defects at INSERM.
