Laurence Delbos has been the technical manager for the Cytometry Plateau at INSERM since March 2012, overseeing the operation of advanced spectral and conventional cytometry analyzers while providing training, panel design assistance, and quality control. Involved in significant research projects, Laurence contributes to the characterization of tolerogenic dendritic cells for renal transplantation therapy, participating in a clinical protocol initiated in March 2015. Prior experience includes managing the cytometry platform at Inserm from March 2003 to September 2011, supporting emerging research teams with training, technique transfer, and animal model development. Laurence holds multiple degrees in life sciences and immunology, including a diploma from the Ecole Pratiques des Hautes Etudes, and currently continues specialized training in cytometry.
