Maria Miteva

Maria Miteva is currently a Research Director at INSERM, where they focus on AI for drug discovery, machine learning, and related fields. Prior to this role, they gained extensive experience as a senior researcher, associate researcher, and postdoctoral researcher, working on topics such as in silico screening, ADMETox, and bioinformatics. Maria has also held research fellowships at the Karolinska Institutet and served as a Principal Research Scientist at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. They are pursuing a PhD in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the Institute of Organic Chemistry at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, alongside advanced degrees at Université Paris Diderot and the Technical University of Sofia.
