Remi Cheynier is a retired research group leader with extensive experience in the field of immunology. As the Research Director and leader of the "Cytokines and Viral Infections" group at Institut Cochin, they focused on the effects of viral infections on immune responses from 2010 to the present. Remi previously served as an invited scientist at the University of Montreal and held various positions at Institut Pasteur, including Senior Scientist and Research Assistant. They earned a PhD in Immunology and an HDR from Université Paris Descartes, as well as a Master's degree in Animal Physiology from Université Paris Sud.
