Stefan Michiels

Stefan Michiels is currently the Head of the Oncostat Team at INSERM U1018 CESP and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Université Paris-Saclay. With extensive expertise in clinical trial design, statistical analysis of biomarkers, and development of clinical prediction models, they have significantly contributed to the field through various roles, including Head of the Office of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Gustave Roussy. Stefan's academic foundation includes a PhD in Biostatistics from Paris-Sud University and further research supervision qualification from Université Paris-Saclay. Their publication, "Textbook of Clinical Trials in Oncology: A Statistical Perspective," reflects their commitment to advancing knowledge in oncology statistics.
