Shauna Lee

Shauna Lee has worked in various roles in the beauty and fashion industries since 2009. Shauna began their career as a Director of Operations at Shoe Magnate, Inc., where they managed major accounts including Guess, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Call it Spring, and Cathy Jean supply chain. In 2014, they became the VP/Director of Operations at Hair Couture Hair Extensions. In 2015, they founded Red String Inc., specializing in beauty and fashion industries and providing consultations to start-up companies on product development and sourcing. In 2016, they founded Goshins, developing innovative baby footwear and achieving worldwide sales distribution in less than 10 months. Shauna also won two international awards and four merits for best innovation. In 2018, they became the Head of Product Development & Strategic Sourcing at INH Hair and the Sr. Director of Product Development at Kombo Ventures.

Shauna Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from UC Irvine, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Shauna is also a Cosmetologist, having obtained their certification from Toni & Guy Academy. Additionally, they hold an Advanced Education certification from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy.
