Edmond H. began their career as a retail banker at ABN AMRO and later founded Independer, focusing on transparency and consumer advocacy. They currently serve as Chairperson of the Board at The School for Moral Ambition and Chair at Carbon Equity, while holding advisory roles across various purpose-driven ventures in health tech, climate tech, and well-being. Edmond's extensive experience includes co-founding multiple initiatives and serving on various advisory boards, demonstrating a strong commitment to building a healthier planet and society. They earned a master's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed the Young Executive Program at INSEAD.
