Flick West has over seven years of experience in various administrative and public relations roles. Currently serving as a People Experience Coordinator and Office Manager at INSHUR since January 2020, Flick previously held the position of Office Manager/Wellbeing and PR Account Executive at Red Setter from October 2018 to January 2020. Early career highlights include generating national coverage for brands and organizing press events as an Account Executive at Pegasus - Inspiring Healthy Decisions from April 2016 to August 2018. Flick’s foundational experience includes working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at St George's School, Windsor Castle, where responsibilities included maintaining an organized classroom and providing one-on-one support to students. Educational qualifications include A Levels in Communication and Media Studies, BTEC Performing Arts, and English Literature & Language from Reigate College, alongside additional training at Make-up London Academy.
