Laura Schmidt

Laura Schmidt is the Head of People at Inside and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UDESC and an MBA in Leadership and Strategic People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Previously, Laura worked as an Analyst in People Management at Intelbras and at Adapt EaD, where they were responsible for various aspects of recruitment and talent management. Earlier experience includes roles at J&A Soluções Inteligentes Multissetoriais and Grupo Nexxees, where they focused on recruitment, selection, and employee engagement initiatives. Laura is skilled in developing training programs, managing teams, and enhancing organizational culture and performance.
