David LaRoss is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in environmental policy reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Editor and previously as an Associate Editor at Inside Washington Publishers since October 2011, David focuses on federal litigation involving the EPA, Congressional hearings, and budget tracking for environmental appropriations. Prior to this role, David worked as a Staff Writer for GateHouse Media from December 2005 to August 2011, producing a wide range of articles for the Milford Beacon and covering news, features, and community events. Earlier freelance experience includes work with multiple Pennsylvania papers from June 2003 to December 2005. David began professional endeavors as a Library Assistant at Paoli Library during the same period. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Bucknell University, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2005.
