Jessie Damm

Jessie Damm (Olson) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1997, they worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Sales Assistant. From 1997 to 2003, they held the position of Account Manager at Dupont Flooring Systems. In 2003, they joined Sovran, Inc. as a Sales Assistant and stayed until 2008. At Mohawk Industries, Jessie worked as an Account Executive in the Lees Carpets Division from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they are employed at Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services, where they started as an Account/Project Manager in 2010 and progressed to become a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Specialist Lead, and presently, the Director of Procurement.

Jessie Damm (Olson) completed their secondary education at Bishop Kenny High School from 1988 to 1992. Afterward, they attended Florida State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology. Additionally, Jessie has recently obtained certifications as a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) and a Resilience & Thriving Facilitator from the National Wellness Institute in 2023.
