Trevor Boyer

Trevor Boyer is an experienced journalist currently serving as the A.M. Assignment Editor for Inside Edition since July 2021, where responsibilities include planning, research, and booking for news stories with a focus on New York and international news, as well as conducting interviews. Prior to this role, Trevor served as a Story Coordinator, breaking stories adopted by major outlets and securing exclusive guests. From December 2018 to July 2021, Trevor worked as a Freelance Reporter for various publications, including the New York Daily News, covering significant events and breaking major stories. Trevor's background includes a Graduate Student position at CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, as well as experience as a full-time reporter with the Daily News during the Jason Sheftell Fellowship. Earlier career roles at B&H Photo Video included management in web content training and the online video department, along with technical writing. Trevor earned a Master’s degree in Journalism from Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a B.A. in History and English from the University of Michigan.
