Nancy McDonald

Nancy McDonald has extensive experience in business development and member services within the electric cooperative sector. Currently serving as a Business Development Consultant and Business Solutions Consultant at Inside Information Inc. since April 2022, Nancy utilizes strong communication and member services skills to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance member satisfaction and engagement. Previously, as Vice President of Member Services at the Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives from March 1999 to February 2022, Nancy managed a team focused on youth programs, cooperative support services, and marketing efforts, while also facilitating statewide marketing campaigns and training for member cooperatives. Earlier in Nancy's career, the role of Executive Program Director at the Illinois Lumber and Material Dealers Association was held from October 1995 to November 1998. Nancy holds a B.S. in Marketing from Millikin University, completed in 1983, and graduated from Pleasant Plains High School in 1979.
