Yilkee Lam

Yilkee Lam has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Knowledge Manager at Telfort. They then worked at LJS Apple Dealer as an Apple Certified Mac Technician and later as a Service Department Coordinator. During this time, they gained hands-on experience in the repair process and improved operational efficiency. In 2017, Yilkee joined WeTransfer as an IT Services Engineer, where they contributed to employee onboarding, device deployment, and IT service improvement. They also served as an Information Technology and Services Consultant at WeTransfer and inSided, undertaking projects such as documenting onboarding/offboarding processes, testing BYOD capabilities, and strengthening access management. Yilkee's current role is as an Information Technology and Services Consultant at inSided by Gainsight, supporting cross-company collaboration and integration efforts.

Yilkee Lam attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2009, where they studied Grafimedia Technologie. They obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including Foundations of Cybersecurity and Play It Safe: Manage Security Risks from Coursera in June 2023, Jira: Basic Administration from LinkedIn in June 2022, Jamf 200 from Jamf in July 2019, G Suite Administrator Fundamentals from Coursera in October 2017, and ACMT from LAI, Learning Associates International in January 2013.
