Our Mission

We help organizations build, and elevate professional teams. 
We combine proven coaching methodology and frameworks and use nature and exposure to our natural environment, as an expressive setting to enhance and accelerate the learnings and insights.
Combining team coaching, and an adventures mindset, that challenges and explores the individual self and the structures within the team.
We have 20 years of experience in guiding and facilitating in nature. From climbing, mountaineering, to water and land activities with several first descends on our resume. 
Combined with 17 years of coaching experience, the last 6 years in the corporate world, specifically at senior management and partner level.
