Eli Karpilovski

Eli Karpilovski is the founder and CEO of InsidePacket. Eli was previously the Director of Product Management and Marketing for Switch Software, SDN, and Cloud Solutions at Broadcom from June 2014 to May 2019. Eli was responsible for product definition, management, and marketing strategy for the DNX and XGS switch business unit. This included SDK, drivers, embedded, telemetry, programmability applications, and time synchronization based solutions.

Eli was also responsible for worldwide customer engagements and OEMs for SDN-related initiatives spanning the data center and service provider markets. Eli was instrumental in establishing Broadcom as a leader in standards-based initiatives for scalable and economical programmability solutions over Broadcom switch ASIC for data center and service provider markets. Eli conceived and executed on open switch specifications and switch APIs.

Eli also drove bare metal switch and white box ecosystem growth around Broadcom switch silicon with data center operators (Megascale, Web / Big Data, Carrier/Telco, Cloud Hosting, Financial, etc), Network OS, and software solutions partners. Eli was instrumental in branding and building brand equity for the StrataXGS and DNX along with creation of a comprehensive set of collateral and applications ecosystem for the differentiated Switch technologies.

Eli has served as corporate spokesperson for launch of new products, delivering interviews, articles, and briefings to analysts, press and media.

Eli Karpilovski has a BSEE from Holon Institute of Technology in the field of wireless, data communications and DSP.
