İdil Şen has extensive experience in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as a Team Master and holding roles as a Quality Assurance Advisor and Tester at Insider since March 2022. Prior experience includes a Digital Marketing Internship at Eczacıbaşı İlaç Pazarlama from March 2021 to March 2022, and R&D internships at Eczacıbaşı-Monrol Nükleer Ürünler and DEVA Holding A.Ş. in 2020 and 2018, respectively. İdil Şen earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul University, completing the degree between 2013 and 2020.
