Ben Smith is a training and development professional with 12 years of experience in learning design, adult learning program development, change management, coaching, and team enablement. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at InsideTrack, Ben ensures that learning programs meet the needs of partners and staff while adhering to accreditation standards. They previously worked as a Student Success Specialist & Coach, supporting over 600 adult learners in their educational journeys. Holding a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University, Ben has been deeply involved in optimizing training and development initiatives throughout their career.
