Kendall Laster

Kendall Laster has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Clinical Assistant at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. They then worked as a Behavioral Educational Interventionist at Canopy Children's Solutions in 2017. In 2018, Kendall served as an Academic Coach at Tougaloo College. From 2019 to 2023, they had multiple roles at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, including Academic Success Coach and Instructor. Currently, Kendall is employed as an Associate Partnership Director at InsideTrack, where they focus on driving partner loyalty and contract renewals.

Kendall Laster has a diverse education history. In 2011, they obtained an Associate's degree in History from Pearl River Community College. They furthered their studies by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Southern Mississippi, graduating in 2015. In 2017, Kendall earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of West Alabama.

Continuing their educational journey, Kendall is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, expected to be completed in 2024.

In addition to their formal degrees, Kendall holds several additional certifications. They obtained the "Applying the QM Rubric" certification from QM Quality Matters in March 2023. In the same month, they also became a "ULearn Certified Online Teacher" through the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Kendall's efforts in promoting diversity and inclusion are highlighted by their completion of the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
