David Moran has an extensive background in sports performance and coaching, currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics since March 2024. Previously, David held the position of Assistant Professor at Dublin City University School of Health and Human Performance from September 2023 to August 2024. David's experience includes working as a Games Promotion Officer for Dublin GAA County Board from September 2016 to April 2024, where responsibilities involved collaborating with local primary schools, overseeing summer and Easter camps, and managing the club nursery. Additionally, David has coached for Dublin Minor Football and various GAA development squads. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Elite Sports Performance from Dublin City University, a Master's in Coaching Science from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor's in Strength and Conditioning from Setanta College, among other certifications.
