James Boyd

James Boyd is currently an Operations Manager at Insight, bringing extensive experience in network engineering and administration. They began their career as IT Network Support at City Facilities Management UK from 2002 to 2007 and later served as a System Network Administrator at Stockland from 2007 to 2009. Boyd then worked as a Network Administrator at Serco from 2009 to 2013, followed by a role as a Cisco Network Engineer at Ping Network Solutions from 2013 to 2015. They also contributed as a Network Engineer at PCM: The Right Technology, Delivered from 2015 to 2025. Boyd holds a Cisco CCNA certification from the Cisco Networking Academy, which they completed in 2004.
