Michael Walker

Michael Walker is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in labor and employment law, litigation, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Insight since November 2008, Michael previously held the position of Senior Associate Counsel at the same company. Prior roles include Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and Associate General Counsel at First Magnus Financial. Michael began a legal career at Fennemore Craig, P.C. as an Attorney. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from the University of Arizona.
