Robert Purdy

Robert Purdy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and team leadership. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Insight since October 2017, Robert has previously held the position of Team Lead for Technical Analysts on the City of Calgary Account at PCM Canada until January 2023. With a solid background at CompuCom from June 2001 to December 2016, Robert managed various teams, including administrative and UNIX teams, overseeing operational support for client endpoints, multi-vendor relations, and complex server environments. Robert holds a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technician from DeVry Institute of Technology, earned between 1989 and 1991, and possesses certifications in Solaris and Red Hat.
