Steven Robichaud has extensive experience in operations and guest services within the hospitality industry. Prior to Insight, Steven worked at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts from March 2010 to June 2015, progressing from Assistant Front Desk Manager to various roles including Team Lead and Front Desk/Night Auditor, where responsibilities included problem-solving, guest relations, and auditing.
