Aaron Thomas has extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development, currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Insight Global since June 2017. His career at Insight Global also includes roles as Senior Recruiter and Recruiter, where Aaron focused on sourcing professionals in IT, accounting, finance, healthcare, and engineering for Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to this, Aaron held various internships, including a District Manager Intern at ALDI USA, where engagement in multiple business functions and data analysis to enhance customer satisfaction were key responsibilities.
