Bobby White

Bobby White, with ITILv4 certification, has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as a Program Manager at Insight Global since January 2019. Prior to this, Bobby held various positions at Cisco, including Technical Operations Lead and Technical Operations Coordinator. Bobby's career began at Bell Partners Inc, where responsibilities included supporting over 2000 users, transitioning to an internal helpdesk, managing Service Now systems, and implementing a customer-focused work order communication system. Bobby’s internship involved managing IT infrastructure for office locations and apartment complexes, overseeing Cisco Communication systems, and leading technical support projects across multiple regions. Bobby earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from NC A&T State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from Johnston Community College.
