Michaela Forte

Michaela Forte is a skilled professional with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Hiring Partner in the Digital Office at Insight Global since July 2020, Michaela has progressed through various positions including Professional Recruiter and Recruiter. Prior to this role, Michaela held significant leadership positions in Fraternity and Sorority Life at Rollins College, including Panhellenic President and Vice President of Finance and Records, overseeing budgets and coordinating events.
