Mona Chevis is currently the Director of Service Delivery at Insight Global's Managed Service Division, where they lead a team specializing in deliverable-based services for Fortune 1000 clients. Previously, Mona served as a Senior Program Manager at Insight Global and held various roles at Verizon, including Network Engineer and Project Manager. With a focus on process improvement and client relations, Mona has consistently driven successful project outcomes and enhanced service delivery standards. They are also an active Diversity Lead and the Southeastern Divisional Director for the Women’s Leadership Council.
