John Hosack has a long history of experience in the retail software and audio industry. John began their career in 2011 as a Pro Audio Department Manager and Sales Associate at Guitar Center. During their time there, they prepared detailed reports for management, formulated pricing policies, and motivated associates to deliver effective selling behaviors.
In 2015, they moved to Smartwerks where they assumed the role of Director of Customer Success. In this role, they set up Channel Partners with Merchant Processors, increased sales on average of 28% each month, prepared sales presentations for clients, monitored sales team performance, analyzed sales data, and resolved problems with high-profile customers. John also assumed the role of Business Development & Marketing Strategy and Software Training & Support Specialist, where they increased profits, implemented systems and procedures to increase sales, boosted marketing, reviewed pricing strategies, and expanded distribution channels to increase sales revenue.
John Hosack is currently employed at Insight Retail Software as a Support Specialist/Sales Engineer.
John Hosack attended East Lake High School from 2006 to 2010, and then went on to St. Petersburg College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Sound Engineering in 2012.
