Driele Quinhoneiro has a diverse range of work experience in the field of nutrition and mindfulness. Driele began their career in 2016 at a private clinic as an Anti-Diet Nutritionist. In 2020, they joined Insight Timer as a Professor and also worked as a Professor at Comer Compassivo. Since 2016, they have been an Instructor of Mindfulness and Mindful Eating, facilitating programs aimed at reducing stress and improving quality of life. Driele has also co-facilitated Mindfulness and Mindful Eating workshops. Driele has worked as an Instructor at the Center for Mindfulness and Integrative Therapies since 2017. Driele is also a co-founder of the Brazilian Center for Mindful Eating. Additionally, they have conducted mindfulness activities at Nestlé during the Occupational Health Week. Driele completed their Masters at the Department of Clinical Medicine at the University of São Paulo from 2014 to 2016.

Driele Quinhoneiro's education history includes a variety of studies in different fields. In 2004 to 2006, they attended the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and obtained a degree in Técnica em Informática. In 2008 to 2014, they studied at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo and earned a degree as a Nutricionista. In 2011 to 2012, they attended the Universidade do Porto and focused on Alimentos, Nutrição e Saúde at the Faculdade de Ciência da Nutrição e Alimentação. In 2016, they pursued further studies in mindfulness and completed the degree of Instrutora Professional de Mindfulness at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Additionally, in the same year, they also obtained a degree as an MB-EAT Instructor in Mindfulness e Mindful Eating from Andrea Lieberstein, MPH, RDN, RYD MB-EAT Teacher Trainer.
