Florence Lamouret

Florence Lamouret is a facilitator in creativity and a coach in relational intelligence who actively supports individuals, teams, and leaders in enhancing relational effectiveness. They have taught communication techniques at IUT Paris Descartes and conducted workshops on empathy and assertiveness across various educational institutions. With a background in project management and multimedia, they have also contributed to the development of soft skills for engineering students at Télécom SudParis and have created guided meditations to improve interpersonal relationships. Currently, Florence engages in independent coaching and training, while continuously expanding their knowledge in applied arts and psychology.
