Jan Byars

Jan Byars, PhD, is a seasoned leadership development professional and president of LeadSync, LLC, since 1998, where the focus is on building capacity in values-based leaders across various industries. In addition to leading LeadSync, Jan is a teacher at Insight Timer and has held significant roles within the International Leadership Association, including co-chair of the Leadership Ethics Forum and chair of the Leadership Development Member Group. Contributions to healthcare include serving as a board member for the Cell Therapy Foundation and directing the StopCOPD Campaign. Jan has also held adjunct faculty positions at the University of Indianapolis and Wright State University, teaching courses on strategic leadership and organizational leadership. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and an MS in Clinical Counseling from Wright State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from The University of Kansas.
