Kara Morelli

Kara Morelli has extensive experience in project management at CVS Health since October 1997, serving as Manager of Project Management and leading initiatives that enhance business processes and data integrity. Notable projects include implementing data fail safes for Medicare ID cards and introducing communication processes for members. In addition to a successful career in project management, Kara is a dedicated yoga instructor, offering beginner classes and workshops at The Hot Yoga Spot and participating in large-scale events like Yogafest. As a meditation teacher on the Insight Timer app, Kara creates and records guided meditations. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from SUNY Geneseo and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University at Albany, along with completed and ongoing yoga certifications.
