Kate Mishcon currently serves as the Director of Kaplan Resilience Programmes at Kaplan International since March 2023, and is an Insight Timer meditation teacher since February 2022. Kate graduated with a 2:1 degree in Modern Languages from the University of Birmingham and attended St Paul's Girls' School.
