Sheri Craze

Sheri Craze has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 as an Office Manager/Paralegal for various law firms. In this role, they provided training and education, managed human resources and employee benefits, and performed administrative tasks for attorneys in various practice areas. In 2016, Sheri Craze started their own business, Sheri Craze, LLC, and became a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA International LLC. Sheri also worked as a Yoga Teacher for Yoga Tribe from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they founded Wellness Craze, LLC. In 2019, Sheri Craze became a Content Contributor for Insight Timer and a Yoga Teacher for Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates. In 2021, they started another business, Own Your Energy Yoga Academy, where they serve as the Owner and Lead Trainer.

Sheri Craze began their education at Hofstra University in 1995 and graduated in 2002 with a B.B.A. in Management. In 1997, they obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from LIU Post.

In terms of yoga training, Sheri completed a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Ruby & Pearl's Yoga from 2015 to 2016. Sheri then pursued further training in yoga, completing a Body Matrix Transformational 300 Hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Tribe from 2017 to 2018.

In 2016, Sheri obtained an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance. Sheri continued to advance their yoga teaching skills and obtained an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance in 2018. In 2020, Sheri attained the E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance.

Aside from their education and certifications in yoga, Sheri also achieved various other certifications. In January 2018, they became a Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher. In April 2018, they obtained a Life Coach certification. In October 2019, Sheri added an Alchemical Astrology certification to their credentials.

Lastly, Sheri is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Maharishi AyurVeda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University, beginning in 2022 and expected to graduate in 2025.
