Stefan Pühringer

Stefan Pühringer began their work experience in 2013 at Runtastic GmbH, where they worked as a Software Engineer for iOS until 2018. In 2018, they joined Insight Timer as an iOS Team Lead and held this position until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Stefan served as the Senior Software Development Manager, then as the Head of Apps at Insight Timer. As of 2023, they are currently the VP Engineering at Insight Timer.

Stefan Pühringer pursued their education in the field of computer science and software engineering. Stefan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Following this, Stefan continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Engineering, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic degrees, Stefan Pühringer has also obtained two certifications. In April 2014, they achieved the Certified Professional for Software Architecture Foundation Level certification from Future Network Cert. Furthermore, in November 2013, they obtained the Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level certification from Certible OG.
