Dirk also held senior positions at Corporate Executive Board, where they led advisory work for top-level HR executives and played a key role in driving client retention and growth.

Furthermore, they served as a Managing Director at Insight222, specializing in workforce analytics and providing advisory and consulting services on a range of people analytic challenges.
