Alan Drummond possesses extensive experience in research and psychology, currently serving as Principal Research and Design Manager at Insights since August 2012, with previous roles including Research Manager and Interim Research Manager. Prior to Insights, Alan worked as Performance Strategy Director at SkillStore, focusing on business development and performance psychology training. In September 2011, Alan contributed as a Research Consultant for the England & Wales Cricket Board during their Cricket Talent Test program, and from September 2009 to March 2011, provided psychological consultancy and research for the Rangers Football Club's under 19 squad. Alan holds an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Bangor University, an MSc in Psychological Studies from the University of Glasgow, and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Strathclyde.
