Amy Holmes is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in change management and internal communications, currently serving as the Culture Communications Lead at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank since June 2023. Prior roles include Lead Advisor and Senior Advisor in Change and Internal Communications at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, where Amy provided strategic leadership and communications support across various organizational projects. With additional experience at the Department of Conservation, UCL, and Victoria University of Wellington, Amy has demonstrated expertise in managing internal communications, delivering strategic advice, and leading large-scale change initiatives focused on health, safety, and organizational culture. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Communication Studies from the University of Otago.
