Dan Phillips is the founder of Kingshurst Consulting, established in 2019, where a strong emphasis is placed on utilizing the Insights Discovery Model for behavior change in workplace environments. Alongside this role, Dan serves as an Associate Consultant for Westminster Associates International, providing expertise to executive teams and senior leaders across the UK and the San Francisco/Bay area, focusing on leadership development and aligning organizational culture with business strategies. As a Facilitator for Insights since 2014, Dan delivers the Insights IDA Accreditation Programme and conducts workshops globally. Dan's prior experience includes working as a Learning and Development Business Partner for Worcestershire County Council from 2012 to 2014. Dan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Roehampton, completed in 1992.
