Jane Batty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people development and training. As the Founding Director of Ripple Partners Ltd since August 2012, Jane focuses on personal growth, creativity, and individual success through innovative programs and the Insights Discovery personality profiling system. Jane has also contributed to Insights in various roles since October 2005, including Faculty Member and Solutions Support Manager, where bespoke learning solutions were designed for clients. Additionally, Jane co-hosts the Leicestershire & Rutland branch of WiRE, supporting women in rural enterprise. Previous positions include Learning & Development Manager at Anglia Regional Co-operative Society and Store Manager with training responsibilities at various retail organizations. Jane holds a BA (Hons) in Media Production from Newcastle Polytechnic, completed in 1990.
