Ross Coleman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in resource planning and capacity management. Currently serving as a Capacity & Performance Manager and previously a Resource Planning Analyst at Insights since January 2023, Ross has developed a strong expertise in performance optimization. Prior experience includes roles at Pertemps Network Group as a Client Data Partner, Search Consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant, and a decade at Tesco, where responsibilities spanned from Resource Planner and Customer Service Executive to Management Information Data Developer and Customer Service Manager. Ross holds a degree in Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures from Abertay University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
